Step 1: Add the AVCHD files you want to convert
As the picture below shows, click the "Add Files" button to browse your computer and load the AVCHD video(s) you need to convert.
Step 2: Set output format as "MOV"
In the profile drop down list, choose "MOV - QuickTime Video (*.mov)" format " in "General Video" category as output format. And, if you'd like to convert AVCHD to HD MOV, you can choose "HD MOV Video (*.mov)" in HD
To set the destination folder yourself, you can click "Browse" button and choose a destination folder. To get customized videos, set the parameters including Video Size, Video Quality, Channels, etc. in Profile Settings panel.
